Product Care
We recommend that all our clothing is washed at 30 degrees or by hand and left to hang dry. Treat stains with delicate liquid detergent. Always read the care label and follow the instructions specified. Turning garments inside out will help maintain the colour and the fabric.
We recommend that you store all your knitwear flat to retain its shape. Pilling or bobbling on knitwear is normal, and washing can help keep them from forming. Before you put your jumper in the wash, we recommend using a pilling comb to de-pill your knitwear of those bobbles, then wash as normal.
Colour transfer can't be guaranteed on leather or suede handbags, so avoid contact between them and paler materials, particularly when it’s wet. Before cleaning, make sure the item is dry and remove any dirt. Due to the fine nature of suede pieces, extra care should be taken. Gentle use of a suede brush will remove most stains.
Tilley & Grace jewellery is gold, silver or rhodium plated on a base metal. All jewellery is hypoallergenic and nickel-free. We advise that no liquids, including perfume, moisturisers and cleaning fluids, come into contact with the jewellery as this may cause discolouration. Tilley & Grace cannot be held accountable for this and cannot accept returns for this cause.

Special Offers & Promotions
From time to time, we run specials offers and promotions. Each promotion will have its own terms, which will be made clear at the time of offer. Unless otherwise stated, special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion nor are they valid for the purchase of gift vouchers. If a promotion is valid only for orders over a certain amount, that amount does not include delivery or the cost of a gift box. Please note that if you place an order using such a discount code and then return an item that makes your order no longer meet the conditions of this code, the amount you're refunded may be adjusted or no refund may be given.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months after the day of purchase. They can be spent in store or online including the purchase of sale items but excluding the purchase of additional gift cards. The card balance cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance after the 12-month period will be invalid. When redeemed, the recipient can earn Pink Points on their purchase.
Store credit notes are valid for 12 months after the day of issue. The balance will become invalid if not used after a 12-month period.

Returns Policy
Our returns policy entitles you to return anything within 30 days of placing your online order, but 14 days for instore purchases and sale items. If we find noticeable signs of wear, we may not be able to accept your return.
Sale items can only be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase, unfortunately no refunds are given. The item must be unworn and have the original tags attached.
Card refunds can only be made to the same card that the purchase was made on.
Please note that unless an item is faulty, not as ordered or it is otherwise stated, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we do not accept any responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us. In the case of faulty items, we will send out a freepost envelope for the return of the goods.
Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We will always try to process refunds as quickly as possible, however it can take up to 10 working days for this to happen. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Items purchased at full price at retail shows can be returned or exchanged. Please contact head office directly at hello@tilleyandgrace.co.uk if you would like to return a retail show purchase. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
