Delivery
All our online orders are packed and dispatched by hand from our head office in Suffolk, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. During busy periods, please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive with you. If you need something urgently, please contact us directly.
You will receive confirmation once your order has been received and once it has been dispatched, along with tracking information.
If you would like your order gift wrapped, simply add this item to your cart before checking out and include a note of which items you would like wrapped and where you would like it shipped to. Our giftboxes come in a range of sizes to accommodate our products and are always our signature Tilley & Grace pink. Please note that as standard, our silk scarves are now all supplied in a scarf box and beautifully presented.
We use Royal Mail for standard UK and NI delivery and, if requested, DPD as our preferred postal services. The delivery timeframes below are applicable once your order has left the warehouse.
Royal Mail is used for all standard deliveries, and we offer the following rates:

We offer an express Delivery via DPD (next business day) £6.50
DPD offer a 1-hour delivery slot which they will inform you of via email/SMS. You can arrange for an alternative time or date if not convenient and inform them of a ‘safe place’ to have it delivered to.

We offer free delivery on all orders of £100 or more.
