1. How Click & Collect Works

• Click & Collect is a free service available across all Tilley & Grace store locations.
• When placing your order online, simply select your preferred store for collection at checkout.

2. Collection Timeframes

• In-Stock Store Orders: Items already in stock at your selected store are usually ready for collection within 24 hours (during normal store opening hours).
• Head Office Stock Transfers: If an item needs to be transferred to your chosen store from our Head Office warehouse, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive.

3. Notification & Collection

• Please wait for your 'Ready for Collection' email before travelling to the store. Your initial Order Confirmation email is not notification that your order is ready to collect.
• When collecting your order, please bring your Order Confirmation / Ready for Collection email (digital or printed).

4. Holding Period

• Orders will be held in-store for 7 days from the date your 'Ready for Collection' email is sent.
• If your order is not collected within 14 days, our team will attempt to contact you. Uncollected orders may be refunded and returned to stock.

5. Splitting Orders & Stock Availability

• If your order contains multiple items where some are in-store and others require a Head Office transfer, we will hold the complete order until all items have arrived so you can collect everything in one go.
