Returns
We hope you will love everything you buy from Tilley & Grace, but if something's not quite right, our returns options are outlined below.
Please include a completed returns form, proof of purchase, and ensure that the items are unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags attached. If we find noticeable signs of wear, we may not be able to accept your return.
Our returns policy entitles you to return anything within 30 days of placing your online order, and 14 days for in-store purchases and sale items.
Refunds can only be made to the same card that the purchase was made on.
You can take your unwanted items back into store, with your proof of purchase, where a refund, an exchange or a credit note will be issued.
Or, complete the returns form enclosed in your online delivery and post back to our head office address. Please obtain proof of return postage, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive with us. We highly recommend that you use a tracked service. Please note that unless an item is faulty, not as ordered or it is otherwise stated, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
Sale items can only be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase, unfortunately no refunds are given. The item must be unworn and have the original tags attached.
Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We will always try to process refunds as quickly as possible, however it can take up to 10 working days for this to happen.
