Delivery

Standard UK delivery

Standard delivery should ordinarily arrive within three to five working days, although this is not guaranteed. The price of standard delivery varies according to the type of product in your basket.

Express UK delivery – £6.00

We offer a next-day delivery service for UK addresses only. However, we can only guarantee that orders received before 2pm will arrive the next working day. This service costs £6.00.

A signature is required, so if no-one is at the specified delivery address when the postman attempts delivery, a card will be posted through your door and the parcel will be returned to your local sorting office where it will be held for one week.

European Delivery

We are happy to send parcels to addresses anywhere in Europe.

Rest of the world

We are happy to send parcels to most addresses outside Europe.

Returns

We hope you will love everything you buy from Tilley and Grace, but if not you can return anything within 7 days of receipt as long as we receive it unwashed, unworn and, if there are any, with the original tags attached.

Simply fill in the returns form on the back of the invoice, indicating whether you would like a refund or exchange, and send it back to us at 25 Yew Tree Courtyard, Framlingham Road, Earl Soham, Suffolk IP13 7SG. Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment.

Please note that unless an item is faulty, not as ordered or it is otherwise stated you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.

We recommend you obtain free proof of postage from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

Faulty Items

Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur, so if you believe an item to be faulty (or it is not the item you have ordered), please contact us on 01728 885598 or email sales@tilleyandgrace.co.uk and we will arrange for a FREEPOST label to be sent out.
